A voucher will be sent out as confirmation for your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to the Organizing Secretariat-T.M.T. Congress Dept.
T.M.T. Congress Dept. reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees:
In case of cancellation within September 7, 2010: 1 night accommodation will be charged.
In case of cancellation within September 24, 2010: 75% of the foreseen accommodation will be charged.
In case of cancellation after September 24, 2010: 100% of the foreseen accommodation will be charged.
