Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
On Thursday, October 7, 2010, all participants and accompanying persons are invited to attend the Opening Ceremony.

Welcome Reception
Following the Opening Ceremony, all Participants, Accompanying persons and Exhibitors are invited to attend the Welcome Reception, which will be held at the Aquarium Room, near to the main auditorium, at the Level 0.

Concert at Santa Maria delle Grazie Church
In the evening of Friday, October 8, a Special classical Concert will be performed at Santa Maria delle Grazie Church (masterpiece of Renaissance) exceptionally open for the XL EABCT Conference Delegates. In a suggestive and unforgettable atmosphere, will be performed Rossini’s Petite Messe Solennelle.

Conference Dinner
A trendy evening has been arranged in one of the most historic place: the Milan Triennale Design Museum.
On Saturday, October 9, Participants and Guests are cordially
Invited to join in this special Conference Evening.
A shuttle service will leave from the Congress Venue.
Reservation for Conference Dinner can be made to the Registration Desk.

Closing Event
On Sunday, October 10, all Participants, Accompanying persons and Exhibitors are invited to attend the Closing Event in the Mizar Room, Level 0.
Following the Closing Ceremony, the LINKS Choir performing some very famous italian sings.
The event will finish with a Farewell drink and a handover to the organisers of the next 41st EABCT Congress to be held in Reykjavik, Iceland, August 31st – September 3rd 2011.
